I'm very excited to put this party on for all of you people & this month is definitely without a doubt an RSVP Only Gathering. If you are not on the RSVP List by December 25th then you will not be able to attend this party. Send your RSVP in ASAP, because top end on this one is 50 participants, and I expect RSVP to fill fast.

 Krosswirz will be providing food at this event as well as Champaign for the over 21 people, and non alcohol Champaign for the under age crowd, along with New Years Party Favors. 
Refreshment Service Pepsi will be providing Mt.Dew & Pepsi also for this event.

The hours of this event are as follows :
 Doors open on Wednesday Dec 31st 2008 at NOON till Sunday Jan 4th 2009 till the last person leaves or 6:00 pm !! Yes that's lots of  hrs of fragging !!!

This event entry will be $40 if you RSVP (that's only $10 a day) and non RSVP $60 if room still available at the time of the event. 

When you send in your rsvp request, please make sure to send us the following information!
Your real name! (First & Last) ID will be required if unknown by the said host. Your rsvp request will also be checked to see if you are banned from any other lan clubs. This is our party of the year and we do not plan on baby sitting any problem makers (we do reserve the rights to deny those rsvp request) Also include your gaming aka, your City & State where you are from and your planned arrival date.
