Rules of Engagement for LAN Parties

( Above Switches are not the actual Krosswirz LAN Switches, ours are better )

1. Krosswirz reserves the right to refuse service and participation to anyone at anytime!

2. Those who register must be at least 14 years of age to participate in the LAN Party.

3. Those who register must have a currently working computer to bring to the LAN party location. Krosswirz does not provide computers for gamers.

4. There will be one person per computer at the LAN party. No sharing of computers is allowed. If a parent and child wish to register they each would have their own computer.

5. There will be no building, complete dismantling, or repairing of computers at the LAN party location. The LAN party time and location is meant for gaming and Social exchange not for building or repairing PC's. (Only replacement of network cards is allowed.) Unless you crash at a LAN then Board Members have the Discretion.

6. The registration fee for the LAN party in non refundable.

7. ~~Members of the Krosswirz LAN Club are admitted to LAN parties at half the cost of registration.~~ This can be prepaid using "Pay-Pal" or paying at the door on the first day of the LAN Party!

8. Guests who want to secure their seats at the LAN party can pre-register early through "Pay-Pal" @ Krosswirz.net. If seats are still available on the opening day of the event payment at the door is acceptable.

9. Once a person has registered, that persons seat cannot be taken or transferred to another non-registered participant. Those who register and don't come to the event must contact one of the board members to forfeit their seat. If the registered participant does not come to the event nor make arrangements to forfeit their seat, the seat will become idle for the duration of the party.

10. Currently Krosswirz can now serve 100 participants. Depending on event location. Please Check RSVP Page for further details. Once this number of participants has registered the registration will close.

11.There will be no SALE of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco permitted at Krosswirz Club meetings or at the location of LAN parties. Snacks and soft drinks are allowed.

12. Vulgar Language and Gestures is extremely forbidden at ALL Krosswirz Club meetings or at the location of LAN parties. Violation of this rule will get you banned from attending any future LAN parties, this rule is indiscretion of any attending board member.

13. Vulgar Language and Gestures is extremely forbidden on the Krosswirz Forums. Violation of this rule will get you banned from posting to the forums for 30 days. This rule is indiscretion of the Forums Supreme Beings. Also see Forum Rules!

14. There will be NO PORN OR ADULT CONTENT VIEWED AT LAN PARTIES !!!! SAVE IT FOR AT HOME !!!!

What you need to bring to a KrossWirz LAN Party:

1. Above Rule # 3 States "... must have a currently working computer to bring to the LAN party location." It also help to have a 10/100 Ethernet card installed if you wish to engage in the LAN party events. KrossWirz does not supply these cards.

2. Bring a monitor to plug into your computer, and don't forget your keyboard & mouse and your MOUSE PAD!

3. Bring a surge protected power strip!

4. Bring Headphones for your computer. Please do not bring your PC speakers!

5. Bring your game CD's! Driver CD's or any other CD you might need !

KrossWirz will provide:

1. A place to party. (duh)

2. Tables and Chairs. You may bring your own personal favorite chair if you wish. Any damage to Krosswirz property or party location property will be the responsibility of the person that damaged said property.

3. Two Game Servers, Switches for you to plug into, & the Ethernet cables for you too.
